Situated in the King West Village, this 2 storey condominium townhouse project, originally constructed in the 90’s, was in need of an update. As working professionals in Toronto’s financial core, being close to work is important and the decision to renovate their existing property instead of buying a new one gave them the opportunity to tailor and customize their home to fit their needs. Making the most of small spaces was key to the success of this project along with applying contemporary materials. Cabinetry was tailored to Byron’s love of music and their enjoyment of cooking.
