Yeung-Tong Residence

Tasked with the goal of modernizing an existing 6,000 square foot bungalow in a scenic location in Richmond Hill, Prop sought to increase functionality and cater the client’s taste of a minimal aesthetic. As one of the homeowners is a chef, the focal point was the kitchen and we aimed to make it visually connected with the outdoors. Instead of the typical tile or stone backsplash, we created a window spanning the entire kitchen.
